1. What data we collect
When joining the waitlist, we collect only your email address. We do not collect any other personal data without your explicit consent.
2. How we use your data
Your email is used solely to notify you about the Casely launch and related product updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies remember your cookie choice and are always on, because the site cannot work without them. We also use Vercel Analytics for page-view counts; it is cookieless and does not collect personal data, so it runs regardless of your choice. Google Analytics is different: it sets cookies, and we only load it after you accept them in the cookie banner. Declining leaves the rest of the site fully usable. You can change your choice at any time from the banner, which reappears once your stored choice is cleared.
4. Data storage
Waitlist emails are stored in Supabase in the EU region. Access is restricted to the Casely team.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@casely.digital.
